20 ACRES OF LAND-Only $59.9K-Termo, California-
Come Build your Dream Home on 20 acres in Lassen County
Shops and Schools:
Walmart in Susanville (50 miles)
Juniper Ridge Elementary School K- 8 miles ( only 20 kids)
Property is 20 acres with 2 mobile homes on it. The driveway is 1 mile long and needs to be graded and graveled in order for someone to get into and out of the property during the winter months.
Mobile Homes:
The larger mobile has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and is a good size for a singlewide.
The second mobile is also a single wide and it only has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Both have kitchens that are connected to the living rooms.
They are in rough shape. They need carpet, some plumbing done, and probably a couple of windows replaced. However, on the plus side, there is telephone, power, and septic there. There is also a well.
